To discuss options on a new loan
To talk to someone about a quote for a new personal loan or for any additional finance options you can apply online, telephone, email, write to us, or visit your local branch.
To obtain a latest settlement figure
You can telephone, write to us or visit your local branch. We are unable to send settlement figures via email for security reasons but if you'd like to contact us we can call you back with this information, just us let us know when would be convenient for us to call (within working hours).

To make a payment
Our current finance agreements are repaid using a direct debit instruction. Older agreements taken through Close Finance or our former subsidiaries and brokers should be on a standing order instruction.
In certain instances, e.g. if your agreement is in arrears you may pay by debit card, credit card or cheque.
Card payments can be made by online, by telephone or in person by visiting your local branch. Call 01534 879201 to make a payment by telephone.
If you are posting a cheque please write your agreement number on the back of the cheque to help us process your payment.
To pay online please insert your name and agreement number as the reference.
