I’m sure the high street Banks could learn so much from the way you conduct your business. I was treated like a person and not like another bank account number. The speed and efficiently everything happened was just perfect and unbelievably amazing.
Even your receptionist recognised me when I came in on the second day. You all made me feel totally welcome and relaxed.
